Our Metal Printed circular badges are printed directly onto the metal surface using durable UV-cured inks that resist scratches and fading.
This technique lets us create highly detailed, full-colour print that lasts. It also allows actual metal details to show through the ink, so the gold star is not a 'metallic' ink but actual polished metal. The result is eye-catching; the badges have a unique 'bling' effect.
